Euromaster is a European network offering tyre services and fast-fitting light vehicle maintenance.
Besides the tyre business, Euromaster provides oil and filter changes, vehicle inspection, engine diagnostics, puncture repair, maintenance, and other services. The German office employs nearly 100 field employees to run audits and inspections in the car repair shops to ensure the great quality of their service.
The goal was to build a solution that would make the lives of field employees easier: reduce the paperwork, increase efficiency, and, ultimately, improve customer service. We wanted to provide them with an integrated method of displaying all the car repair shops in their respective districts and allow them to perform facility inspections using mobile devices.
We started with discovery research and made further changes after user validation.
